The Category Featured Post option includes everything in the BoCo Event Post PLUS it promotes your event in the Category Hero post slider at the top of every category page specified for your event (up to 3 categories), Additionally, your event post will appear on the BoCoDaily.com Homepage above the Calendar in all applicable Category sections.

Homepage Hero

The Homepage Hero option is the most visible, valuable, and effective opportunity to promote your event. Featured on the BoCoDaily.com homepage, your event will appear in the Homepage Hero post slider at the top of the page above the fold and will be the most prominent element people see when they visit the site. The Homepage Hero is an add-on promotional option to the BoCo Event Post or the Category Featured Post. Opportunities for the Homepage Hero are limited.

Promotional opportunities within the Calendar environment include listing your event, sponsoring the calendar, running display ads, and even leveraging our access to digital billboards across the region. Event and Display Ad submission for the Calendar is conveniently automated and online. Submit your event today!

Calendar Sponsorship

• Sponsor the Main Calendar
  Be part of the sticky page header and get permanent visibility in the top right corner of the calendar.
• Branded Main Calendar Button Filter
  List your organization’s name as a filter button in the filters section of the Calendar that allows users to display only your events in the Calendar.

Display Ad

• 300×250 Interstitial Ad
  300px x250px display ad (using either a custom image or your event image) that displays repeatedly as the calendar page is scrolled.

Outdoor Digital Billboard

• Promote your event in a big way!
  Feature your event on a rotating outdoor digital billboard during commuter hours. Choose from the standard package, premium package with double exposure, or ultimate package with four times exposure (optimized with increased days, signs, and/or impressions). We’ll handle all creative, identify the best billboard in your area to reach your target audience, manage the campaign, and provide a final report detailing the campaign’s reach and impact.

NOTE: Event listings and display ads promoted though the “Calendar” will only appear within the main Calendar and Widget environment and nowhere else across BoCoDaily.com. Any additional visibility on the BoCoDaily.com website is made through the “Promote Across BoCoDaily.com” opportunities (detailed in the above section).

• Event Promotion
  Regarding Event Promotion opportunities, there are two that are available: Event of the Week post (EXCLUSIVE) and an Event Listing. The Event of the Week post is a featured event section immediately following the newsletter masthead and occupies the ‘hero’ region of the newsletter. This section is exclusive, only one per newsletter issue, and features the event’s title, description, and details, as well as a featured image. The Event of the Week will link to the event’s page on BoCoDaily.com. The Event Listing opportunity is included in the ‘This Week’s Event Highlights’ section and includes event name, date, time, and location/venue.
