- When items are needed for an upcoming event or holiday, please add 3 business days for delivery to help ensure that you have your product in time for the special day.
- We’re not liable for delays due to carriers or incorrect addresses provided.
- In the event of a buyer’s error in the shipping address, a re-shipping fee will be paid by the buyer.
- We only ship to the continental United States, not Alaska or Hawaii.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Products are Direct-to-Garment or Print on Demand that are custom made when an order is placed. Exchanges, returns, or cancellations are NOT accepted due to the custom nature of product fulfillment. However, if there are issues with the printing or damage to the product, we will be happy to correct the issue to ensure your satisfaction. All sales are final.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.
- Please provide photos and order details.
6. Cancellations
- In the event you need to cancel your order, we will do whatever we can to make that happen. However, we have found that it isn’t very likely due to production scheduling, which can be frustrating. Please contact us ASAP during business hours for the best chance.
7. Product Descriptions
- We strive for accurate descriptions (e.g., t-shirt sizes, colors). Minor variations may occur.

8. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We’re not responsible for indirect damages (e.g., lost use).
