Official Rules for the BoCo Daily Random Drawing Giveaways

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The BoCo Daily Random Drawing Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by BoCo Daily, a Colorado-based business located in Boulder County, Colorado, (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of BoCo Daily, its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

3. Contest Period

The Contests begin on:

Winter Giveaway: January 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM MDT and ends on March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM MDT (“Contest Period”)
Spring Giveaway: April 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM MDT and ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM MDT (“Contest Period”)
Summer Giveaway: July 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM MDT and ends on September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM MDT (“Contest Period”)
Fall Giveaway: October 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM MDT and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM MDT (“Contest Period”)

Entries submitted after the Contest Period are void.

4. How to Enter

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

To enter Contest Giveaways, participants must be a subscriber to the BoCoDaily.com email newsletter, BoCo Daily This Week.

All BoCoDaily.com email newsletter subscribers are automatically entered into future Contest Giveaways.

Entries must comply with the platform’s terms of service and these Rules. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. An alternate method of entry is to mail no more than one (1) postcard with the contest name, your full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and reference the designated contest post to this mailing address: BoCo Daily, P.O. Box 343, Longmont, CO 80502. Multiple alternate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a gift card either from BoCo Daily, valid for apparel or gift shop purchases (“Prize”), or from a 3rd party, depending on the particular Contest Giveaway. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize ranges from $25 to $100, depending on the particular Contest Giveaway. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is unavailable.

6. Random Drawing and Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected via a random drawing conducted each quarter, on or about March 31, 2026 (Winter Giveaway), June 30, 2026 (Spring Giveaway), September 30, 2026 (Summer Giveaway), December 31, 2026 (Fall Giveaway) from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via email within 7 (seven) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours with their full name, email, and mailing address to claim the Prize. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry content (e.g., comments) for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs its integrity. Participants agree to release and hold harmless BoCo Daily, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, injury, or loss arising from participation or Prize use. Participants must comply with all social media platform rules. False or deceptive entries will be disqualified.

10. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) technical issues, including network or platform failures; (b) unauthorized access to entries; (c) errors in Contest administration; or (d) any injury or damage resulting from participation. By entering, you agree to these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims. You understand that you are providing your information to BoCo Daily and not to Facebook.

12. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Winner’s List

To request the winner’s name, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to BoCo Daily, PO Box 343, Longmont, CO 80502, within 15 (fifteen) days after the Contest Period ends.

14. Privacy

Information collected (e.g., name, email) will be used solely for Contest administration and Prize fulfillment, in accordance with BoCo Daily’s privacy policy at BoCoDaily.com.
