ANYONE in Longmont or Niwot may receive 5 home-delivered meals for free after a hospital stay or outpatient treatment. Project Homecoming serves any age or income level with a short-term need due to accident, illness, dental procedure, surgery, etc. If you would like to continue receiving meals, you may be eligible, after the 5 days, to continue as a regular client!
